Before your meeting or convention, we can...
• Submit a formal invitation to your group or organization
• Coordinate and/or lead a site inspection
• Assist in securing speakers and entertainment
• Provide lightweight inserts for your advance registration package, which includes a toll-free number to receive official travel planners. If mailing costs aren’t an issue, we can provide enough copies of the travel planner for your packages
• Coordinate the bid process for hotel rooms and meeting facilities
• Provide local media list or send your event release
• Send news releases describing the Lake Erie Shores & Islands area to your in-house or national newsletters and magazines
• Provide VHS video or DVD about the area
• Provide digital color images for use in your newsletter or magazine
• Provide a local telephone directory, and assist you in securing special needs such as flowers, decorations, signage, etc.
