Services:
Offer suggestions for custom itineraries
Provide assistance in booking tour stops and
arranging step-on guides
Supply routing instructions, including highlighted

Offer billing service for complete tour (excluding
hotel)
Arrange a greeting upon arrival
Can coordinate and send lodging bid requests for
groups needing 5 rooms or more - the return
bids can be sent directly to you or through
our office

Currency Exchange:
Currency exchange is extremely limited in the Lake Erie Shores & Islands
region. It is recommended any exchange is made prior to visiting this
area or plan to use a credit or debit card for cash advance or payment
at an
Automated Teller Machine. Only
Canadian currency is available at: Cedar Point or Castaway Bay.
Customs Regulations:
International
travelers are required to check in with U.S. Customs upon entering and exiting
the country.
Visitors arriving from Pelee Island, Canada must stop at the customs office on
Jackson Street.
